Before Registering, Please Note the Following:
- Tickets for the conference and workshops are limited to the space of the venue.
- You must register separately for the conference and a pre-conference workshop. If you register for both during the same 15 minutes, you will be able to pay for them using one transaction.
- You can register more than one non-member at a time; make sure you have names and an email for the main registrant. All communication from ICTM will be sent to the main registrant. Guest registrants must check-in at the conference with the primary registrant as they will not have their own QR code.
- Members should register themselves to receive the discounted rate. If you are not sure you are a member, contact the ICTM Secretary.
- Have your credit card ready.
- You will receive a receipt and a QR code via the primary email given during registration; the email will have a link to pay for the registrations.
- If payment is not received within 15 minutes, your registration will be cancelled; you will have to begin again.
- Refunds will not be issued for any reason; please see our No Refunds Policy.
