Before Registering, Please Note the Following:

Tickets for the conference and workshops are limited to the space of the venue.
You must register separately for the conference and a pre-conference workshop. If you register for both during the same 15 minutes, you will be able to pay for them using one transaction.
You can register more than one non-member at a time; make sure you have names and emails for everyone.
Members should register themselves to receive the discounted rate. If you are not sure you are a member, contact the ICTM Secretary.
Have your credit card ready.
You will receive a receipt and a QR code via the primary email given during registration; the email will have a link to pay for the registrations.
If payment is not received within 15 minutes, your registration will be cancelled; you will have to begin again.
Refunds will not be issued for any reason; please see our No Refunds Policy.

Checking in at the Conference:

Guest registrants must check-in at the conference with the primary registrant as they will not have their own QR code.
